It was created by Macmillan Cancer Support in an attempt to raise money for charity and help promote healthy lifestyles in participants. You can give up alcohol for 14,21, 0r 31 days depending on what you feel comfortable with.
By taking part in Sober October, you can help raise money for a good cause, Macmillan Cancer Support Is dedicated to helping and supporting people who are living with families and their families.
