You’ve probably heard a lot about our amazing gourmet jelly beans, but you’re probably wondering what makes jelly beans gourmet?

Well then, we’re going to tell you all about our delicious gourmet jelly beans and what makes them so much more special than a regular jelly bean. So sit back, relax and have some jelly beans (gourmet of course) as we explain what makes jelly beans gourmet.

What Makes Jelly Beans Gourmet?

It all comes down to the beans themselves! You see, most jelly beans just have a flavoured crunchy sugar shell on the outside, but on the inside, it’s just a regular plain gelatine jelly with no flavour to it.

Here at The Jelly Bean Factory, we want you to get the biggest flavour hit possible so we don’t spare any flavour. Yes, we have the crunchy sweet flavour shell on the outside but the insides of our jelly beans are a little different.

Our specially designed starch-based gelatine contains all the flavour of the shell so that when you bite into a The Jelly Bean Factory jelly bean you get double the delicious gourmet flavour you would normally get from a regular jelly bean.

Normally jelly beans use gelatine made from the offer and inedible parts of animals, like pigs trotters. That means they aren’t suitable for vegetarians or for those who can’t eat pork.

We want our jelly beans to be suitable for everyone and made with the absolute highest ingredients, that why our jelly bean scientist created a smooth and chewy gelatine substance made from starch so that our delicious gourmet jelly beans can be suitable for everyone.
